Strength Reclaimed partners with Bay Area CrossFit gyms to sponsor up to one year of gym membership, private coaching, nutrition guidance, structure, and accountability for motivated individuals ready to reclaim control of their lives.

This is not a handout. It’s a commitment to long-term ownership.

This program exists because most people don't fail from lack of effort — they fail from lack of structure. Strength Reclaimed pairs coaching, accountability, and community so progress becomes a habit, not a phase.

We sponsor the environment where consistency is realistic — and where participants can transition into long-term ownership when the year ends.

Strength Reclaimed is intentionally launching as a pilot program. This phase allows us to refine the structure, validate the commitment model, and ensure measurable outcomes before broader expansion.

Our objective is to open the program publicly next year — scaling responsibly to more athletes and partner gyms while protecting the culture and standards that make this program different.

FAQ

How long does support last?

Support is tailored to each athlete’s transition plan, typically ranging from 6-12 months, with a focus on building sustainable habits and a pathway to long-term ownership of your fitness journey.

Do I need CrossFit experience?

No. We look for readiness to commit, not prior experience. Our partner gyms are equipped to work with athletes at all levels, from complete beginners to experienced CrossFitters.

Can I apply without a gym?

Yes. We can match you with a partner gym in the Bay Area. We’re actively building relationships with gyms throughout the region to expand access.

What does accountability look like?

Monthly check-ins to track progress and adjust your plan, consistent class attendance (we aim for 12+ classes per month), nutrition coaching support, and a shared commitment to your transition plan.

What happens after the sponsorship period?

Our goal is to set you up for long-term success. By the end of your sponsorship, you’ll have built strong habits, seen real progress, and developed a clear plan for continuing — whether that’s self-funding your membership or finding other ways to maintain your fitness journey.
